- INDUCTION, GAS & ELECTRIC STOVE COMPATIBILITY: The induction-ready base also works with gas, electric coil, and smooth-top ranges. Before use, confirm that your cooktop can support the filled canner and follow the stove manufacturer’s cookware-size and weight limits.
- THREE PRESSURE-SAFETY FEATURES: A float interlock helps keep the lid locked while the canner is pressurized, a spring safety valve provides pressure relief, and a passive gasket release window offers an additional venting path. Allow the canner to depressurize completely before opening.
